To many people, America accusing Cuba of theft is hypocrisy. I don't have a strong opinion either way; I think a party can be guilty of 'theft' only to the extent that there's consensus on who owns what.

Trillions in weapons? No problem just take it from food and healthcare

What evidence is there that these are fishermen, who apparently need speedboats for some reason? These must be some fast-moving fish!
You've also got the Dominican Republic recovering massive hauls of cocaine from these 'fishermen', again, in speedboats, not fishing vessels. [2]
